Best 1080P monitor under 500$ for photoshop?

Greetings everyone,

I am looking for a 24-inch monitor that has the best possible color accuracy that's below 500$, and even better if it's cheaper? not sure what to look for on a monitor and I don't need the fanciest, and in fact, it could be a mere 1080P monitor. I want to draw in Photoshop with it, and game on it, but was not sure what monitor would do that well. May I get some suggestions, please?
