SAMSUNG S24D590L is it safe to use with 12V 3.3AMP AC ADOPTER instead of actually required is 14 V 1.7AMP

Is it safe to use a 12V 3.3AMP AC Adapter for a LED which require 14V 1.7 Amp as i didn't found

any adopter for exect volt and amp my led model is Samsung S24D590L

Right now LED is working fine with 12V 3.3Amp AC Adopter

Some Expert opinion is requested

has to be exact voltage as stated on the monitor & can be higher then 1.7amps but not lower.
1.7amps x 14volts = 23.8 watts
