Hey is this monitor any good?

I’m looking for a gaming monitor for my 1070. I need 1080-1440p and 144hz with 1-4ms respond time. I found a monitor that comes with all that and g sync? Is it to good to be true at only 500cad. Plz tell me if this is any good and if not I would love for some suggestions.

g sync goes with nvidia cards , yes very good

It's a good price for what it is and is currently on sale. I would definitely go for this over the one I recommended to you earlier and just make sure you use a displayport cable so you can get the full 165hz refresh rate.
