I did it from computer management to servicec I disabled it but after 5-6 days it automatically turns on. is there a way to turn auto update off permanently.

Disconnect from the Internet. So, pretty much no, for consumer (Home/Pro) versions you will get the updates. People were using the metered connection setting to limit updates but I think that MS got wise to if used too long that since their goal is to update everyone when they want.

I have seen but have not tried any of the more difficult approaches that affect other functions, like disabling the svchost.
