BSoD MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
Hi everyone. Since I've upgraded my PC (New Motherboard and CPU) I have this BSoD. I tried almost everything (reinstalling system multiple times, testing on other RAM, reinstalling drivers, turning off automatic drivers update, checking CPU temperature, testing RAM and CPU- no errors). Safemode and Linux works correctly. I noticed that computer works all day if CPU test is running (Orthos Prime). Driver Verifier detect violation with ISCTD.sys driver (Intel Smart Connect Technology). Here is dump file and specification. Thanks for help.
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (tried also Win8 - the same effect)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570S CPU @ 2.90GHz
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E45 (MS-7817)
Dump File: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtDLmgQSaCezg6pJ3AT1JdEuRFBkVw

your intel smart connect driver is very old.
isctd64.sys from 2012
I think intel discontinued this. I would uninstall it.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/65386/technologies/intel-smart-connect-technology.html

you also have two copies of the human interface driver being loaded from different directories.
This will cause some strange problems.
one is loaded from:
c:\windows\system32\hidparse.sys (I think this is in the wrong place)
the other is loaded from
c:\windows\system32\drivers\hidparse.sys (this is the location of the file on my system)

your motherboard bios is from 2015, I would also look for a BIOS update and install the motherboard drivers provided by the motherboard vendors. (some drivers are matched to the BIOS version)

often the bios updates will provide changes to the default voltages applied to the CPU pins. It has a very good chance in fixing this type of bugcheck.

Otherwise, since your system ran for two hours before the bugcheck. I also see this kind of problem with over heated graphic cards or graphic cards audio support that is being messed up by the motherboard audio driver. Most motherboard have a updated audio driver on their website for the motherboard.
Windows update does not provide the updated driver because they are custom compiled by the vendor.

BIOS is updated to last version (2015-04-22)

Smart Connect Technology is uninstalled now, but I have a trouble with uninstalling hidparse driver

you might see if you can boot into safe mode and just delete the extra file
c:\windows\system32\hidparse.sys
if it is in the driver store, then windows will just copy it back when you reboot the system.
not sure why you would have two copies being loaded from different directories. sounds like a setup bug
