Advice on Touch Mice

I have arthritis, a movement disorder, and an office job.
My fingers get sore, and I often click the wrong thing.

That never happens with my laptop, only when using the traditional mouse at work.

I'm left handed, and not a gamer - just need it for work.

I know there's touch mice available on the market, but has anybody used one? Any advice?
