PC is lagging when playing games

Hi,i have
core i3 4130 processor
gigabyte s81-s board
gtx 1050ti 4gb gpu
4 gb ddr3 ram
860(500+360)gb hdd
I used to play games like fifa 17,gta V,WD2 etc at high end at 60-200 fps.But nowadays when i open games it gets lagged even in low settings for the same games.framerate will sometimes fall to 3-7fps.But it is same in ultra settings.What should i do?

Check task manager and make sure nothings eating up ram. I'm surprised you can even run those titles with just 4gb ram. A better solution would be to buy another 4gb stick of ram.

I have no idea how you did managed to run those on 4 GB they need at least 8, but go for 12 or 16 if possible to return to top fps. I would suspect windows 10 magic or antivirus.
