Just improved some things and cut some prices, main thing is the case, the Thermaltake doesn't have good airflow, and with a cooler only as good as the 212 evo you'll have heat issues with the 7700k, so a better case and a better cooler.

6 Real cores of a CPU will probably be more beneficial than 4 cores and 8 threads will.
