How to upgrade to a drive that has data without sata cable

How do I move windows to a new hard drive and keep the files on the new one without a cable to connect them

You can't just move the Windows setup, you can clone the original drive to a new one, providing the new one is at least as big as the data you are moving, or you can just install Windows clean on the new drive. To clone it, you will either need to install both drive in the computer, or use the new one in an external enclosure.
