Can you watch non-interactive VR content with your ps4 VR ? on your PC of course ?

i read on the web (i don't know) that you can ... like CNN's VR content or youtube VR on steam .. windows 10 recognizes my ps4 vr and sets it up (or at least it says so) but shen i put it on i get a USB X error . i 've tried connecting it to usb 2 , 3 and usb 3.1 none of them worked i know the usb is connected , can you help me on this please i wanna watch cnn VR and also youtube VR and i can't afford a vive for the moment thank you

Yes, but you either need a monitor with 90hz+ or a box you can buy off amazon that tricks your computer into thinking you have a monitor that does 90hz+; IF, you want the headset to run at it's fullest FPS.
