laptop display flickering

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing this since a month, and I finally decided to ask for help.
Every time i power on my laptop(dell), when the dell logo disappears and before the login window appears, the screen flickers for about 1 second. It's really annoying and I was wondering if it could be a hardware problem or a software problem, as the laptop is still in warranty.

Since the laptop is still under warranty, use the warranty - If you try to repair this issue the warranty will be void. Contact Dell and get them to fix this under warranty.
