BUDGET 1080p Monitor for gtx 1060 6gb

I need help finding a good 1080p monitor under $200, I will be playing ARK, CS:GO, Subnautica, Space Engineers, and many more. Looking for at least 75hz and 3ms with good color. Thx for your time.

Would I notice tearing with this monitor, I won't hit 144hz in all games without turning settings down, I'll turn settings down if I have to, but I prefer not too. Also, if I would get screen tearing, is it possible to just change the monitors refresh rate to 100hz and when I want to, back to 144hz?

If it's similar to mine you should be able to go to 60/85/100/120/144hz, keep vsync on to reduce any screen tearing. Also you don't need to adjust the refresh rate in the desktop, you can keep it at 144hz but then adjust it to whatever you want in the game.
