NEED HELP pls

Hi On accident I was going though my Admin Account on Windows 10.. I on accident Logged in with my main account with its Same photo... So I was pondering around how to Logout. well. I screwed myself over and on accident Deleted my MAIN account and ALL THE DATA... Any Chance ANYONE can help me Please!!!! I had so MANY games, and Personal Files and Photos!!!

No I don't have a Backup from 10. Only maybe last from Windows 8...
also everytime I try to open a windows 10 app or anything it comes up with "Explorer.exe System Call Fail"

You can try running Recuva to see if it will pick up anything to restore. You can try doing a system restore to a point before you did all this if that function works. I don't know how well that works with deleted accounts though.
