Can a gtx 1060 handle a 400w psu?

I hope to get a new gpu when my bday comes around next year, however I don't want to have to shell out more money on a new psu to handle a new gpu.

My pc specs:
Ryzen 3 1200 oc 3.8ghz 1.29volts
gtx 1050 2gb
ASrock ab350m hdv mobo
8gb ddr4 2400
wd blue tb
be quiet! system power 8 400w

could this handle a 1060?
any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Some have dropped here and there , but yes it's a pain to have the prices so high.
