1366x765 (18.5") tablet vs 1680x1050 (15") MacBook Pro

I just ordered a Graphic Tablet with a resolution of 1366 x 768 (18.5"). I'll be running it off my 2012 MacBook Pro 15" which is 1680x1050, natively. Just wondering if the picture on the tablet will be distorted or pixelated? The differences in screen size between the two is what confuses me!

It depends on how the graphic tablet is configured. If it's an extension of the MacBook's screen then it will run at its native resolution. If it's a duplicate of the MacBook's screen then you'll have black bars or pixelation.
