Virtual Cable input going into desktop audio device 1 in obs when it should be going to desktop audio device 2

I recently got Voice meter since its quite useful in separating volumes. I hooked virtual cable input to discord so it can go through voice meeter and into obs desktop audio device 2 but instead goes through desktop audio device 1. I don't understand whats wrong?

can you show me some screenshots on how you have it configured?
This program can output to multiple (virtual)devices/programs at the same time

Yea, it`s a virtual audio mixer.
when i`m on my own system i`ll try to set it up with discord

ummm l fixed it turns out that there was no problem all along. As soon as l put the video in an editing software I saw and herd the audio. I guess windows media player has some problem with VC
