Help monitor issues

Help I bought a new Pc Everything worked fine i installed windows on it but then it froze so i turned it off then i turned back on and then i got a non display monitor but first i did have a display what do i have to do???

Hi, Since under warranty, I suggest RMA-ing the PC.
