Installed graphics drivers without the card in, but one driver needs the card in. I have the display driver, but did not help. Cannot boot in bios with card in because I cannot see the screen. The computer turns on but will not display. All cords are plugged in correct, tested multiple times, still nothing. Been troubleshooting it for a while now, can't figure anything out. I have a MSI B250M PRO-VD motherboard and corsair 450 watt power supply. I've already booted and installed Windows 10 without the card in and installed motherboard drivers.

Set the BIOS to use the PCIe video card as the first GPU, install the card, plug the monitor into it and turn on.

I didn't see the BIOS step, so I am mentioning it.
