MSI AfterBurner Error at executing

I just install MSI AfterBurner but for some reason i get the error "The application has failed sto start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect" any idea??

Ok i Figure it out. Stupid me i didnt have C++ 2008 Redistributable Packages. -_-

Can you please help me, I am having the same error message but I don't know what I am doing on the software side of the pc
