Dual monitor Help

Hello, I am planning to buy a new BenQ ZOWIE XL2411 monitor to use along side my current Samsung monitor. Although my Samsung monitor only accepts Dvi and my Gpu only has 1 Dvi Slot ( Gtx 1060 ), The Benq monitor needs to use the Dvi slot because using the Hdmi caps the Hz to 60. Any help on how to use both monitors at once while keep the 144hz on the BenQ would be helpful.

Cpu: I5 3570k
Gpu: Gtx 1060 6gb
Power supply: Corsair CX 500
Mobo : Asrock H61M-Dgs R2.0
Ram: 8 Gb ddr3

Why recommend an HDMI to VGA adapter when you can just use HDMI to DVI, more reliable:

Hello, I am wondering if dual monitors would work with my current setup, I currently have a Samsung 24inch montior that connects with a Dvi Cable. I am planning on buying the BenQ ZOWIE XL2411 24in FHD ( imputs:HDMI, DVI-D, VGA ).
My current Pc Parts are:
Gtx 1060 6gb
i5 3570k
Asrock H61M-DGS R2.0
8gb Ddr 3 ( might buy another 8gb )
CX 500 Watt Corsair Power supply.

Yes - it will work. Buy and use an HDMI cable from the GTX1060 to the BenQ monitor. Leave the other monitor setup as is. In either Windows 7 or 10, go into setting, displays, extend the displays. Voila!

The XL2411Z is limited to 60 Hz over HDMI. You need to use DVI for the BenQ monitor.
