Firstly, I have read every single existing question about this apparently widespread issue, and NO ONE has actually solved the issue.
My Asus VG248QE 144hz monitor buzzes through its built-in speakers whenever webpages or games are open. Not my video, but here's the sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N30fSU_wPW8
I am using a DVI-D Dual Link cable (which supports 144hz, unlike HDMI, and I can't use DisplayPort because my GPU doesn't support that) along with an aux cord, which is for the audio. If I turn off the monitor's volume, the sound ceases, but that's obviously not a fix, as headphones require the monitor's volume to be on.
It's notable that I can no longer just get an RMA. Please, is there ANY fix to the buzzing?
