So i have a spacer 450w psu and i want to know if i will work with a gtx 750 ti

psu model is 450W SPS-ATX-450 and motherboard is ASRock H81M-DG4 and CPU Intel Core i3 4130 @ 3.40GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology

GTX 750ti will not require even that amount of power of your PSU. So it will work just fine.
However it is not a well designed PSU so reliability is a big question. Becs these brands often shows peak power delivery not constant power delivery like popular well known brands like seasonic/corsair, FSP/evga etc. So you may need to upgrade your PSU to a better model. It will be safer for the component life of your pc. Besides Amp in 12v rail is also very important and these company don't care that much most of the times.
