Will 1600MHz RAM work on ASUS P5G41T-M LX2/GB motherboard?

I want to upgrade the RAM in my old PC, currently has 2x2Gb DDR3 1333MHz running at 800MHz, the mobo natively supports 1066MHz and 1333MHz OC. So Will 1600MHz RAM work? Because I cant find 1333MHz or lower in my country and I dont want to spend the money on the 1600MHz RAM if its not working.

Don't buy faster ram keep that and save till you build new PC, for upgrading ram on that motherboard its limited to 4GB, i've tried get it to 8 but it didn't work.

On the official ASUS website says that this motherboard supports 8Gb RAM
