I get a blue screen of death about 3 times a week and I don't know how to fix it. Here is the Minidump:

well, i was hoping someone would read the dmp files for me but its a holiday weekend and many of those who can read dumps have more interesting things to do.

MSI Afterburner can cause these so have you had any since?
Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

what are specs of the PC?

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture - It is an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it.
Can be caused by overclocking software:
If CPU is overclocked, remove it
Can be caused by heat so clean PC and fans
If MSI Afterburner is installed, remove it
Remove Intel extreme tuning utility
If Asus Motherboard, remove AI Suite
IF Asus GPU, remove GPU Tweak 2
