PC monitor black screens

So,I've this problem for awhile where my monitor would go black screen but my fans would still be running and u can't turn off PC unless u unplug the cord. I thought it was my gpu I switched the power cord and it worked fine for weeks then started doing it again until the point where it would do it even idle, so I got a new gpu and it worked just fine until yesterday it's starting to black screen again. I tried repasting cpu, cleaning all dust changing power outlets. I have, amd fx6300 6core, invida 1050 ti, 8gb ram, 650 power supply, If it matters the old card was a 980. Any help would be appreciated! Let me know if you need more info

is the black screen happens when u first booting or when in middle of works?
