How to assign custom settings to 1-2-3 buttons on AG241QX?

I asked this many times to AOC support but didn't get an answer.

I am wondering if it is possible to assign custom monitor settings (like brightness, contrast etc.) to the 1,2 and 3 buttons on QuickSwitch keypad. I would be grateful if anyone knows?

Anyone knows how can I assign customized settings to the keypad that comes with AG241QX?
