Windows 10 deactivated itself

Every time I boot up windows there's a 50% chance that it will be activated.
Sometimes it disables it self after 30-60 minutes.
I ran win 10's activation troubleshooter and it told me that it found a win 10 pro key for this win 10 pro pc and than for a fix it told me to install win 10 pro.
I'm running the latest version.
I've just upgraded my mobo and my cpu.

Did you re-install win 10 after replacing the MB and CPU?
