Second monitor is not detected on my graphic card

Hello,

I have this old monitor lying around (Samsung S19A10N) so i decided to plug it in as my second monitor. The monitor is using VGA port. I have 2 video adapters which is VGA to HDMI and HDMI to DisplayPort. I plugged it in my Gtx 1060 and the device is not detected on Nvidia control panel. I even tried "Roll Back Driver" for my gpu.

Desc:

Amd ryzen 1300x
Gtx1060
Philips Phl 223V5 (main display)(HDMI)
Samsung S919A10N (second)(VGA)
Adapters : VGA to HDMI and HDMI to VGA

Yes, I got one of those and it looks exactly like product in the link given. Adapters i use :

You're using chained adapters? This might be an issue.

It might be but is there anything i can try out before i buy a new single adapter?

I knew the problem! It turns out that my displayport to hdmi is not working.
