Works fine on window but not in normal

When i turn on my pc and pick start window in normal it freeze and when i try safe mode it works perfectly fine. I already tried cleaning cmos, removing virus, cleaning computer, and disabling start up items. Sometimes it launch on normal mode but its very slow.

can you press "winkey+r". type "msconfig". services tab. hide all ms services. disable all. sort by manufacturer. activate each manufacturer at a time before every restart. once you notice a crash, we might be able to find the software that is causing your freezes.

also we can view it in more detail in the event viewer (press winkey+xv). left tree navigator. custom views. administrative. scroll down to the timestamps where computer freezes. see what errors you find there.

I already tried uninstalling. Any more suggestion btw it boot really slow
