Notifications on startup

This only started after a windows 10 update that I did today. I am not sure if they are related though.
Whenever my computer starts up I get several notifications to let programs make changes to this device.
The programs are Asus GPU Tweak, Asus GPU Tweak II and Asus Aura LED control.
I get the same notification multiple times as well.How do I remove this?

You might need to reload those programs. Also make sure they're not running in Compatibility Mode. If those programs' icons gained a little shield on them, Windows now wants Administrator privileges to run them.
