Do they make a cord so I can do this

So I have a tv screen that I want to convert to a monitor and I have a tower just not the cord I’m the tv has an HDMI input but the tower has a DVI AND VGA input do they make a cord so I can plug it into my tv to my tower and make it work I don’t know if they make a cord like that

Yes it'd be a DVI to HDMI.
