Text and steam overlay and in game text looks blurry & low res

So i reinstalled to a fresh verion of windows 10 today and its been going well until i noticed that texts and such on the screen in games like arma and the steam overlay seems to have changed size alittle bit and looks out of focus.

Ive made sure the resolution is 1080P and set to 144hz.
I followed a video guide that showed how you should set dpi scaling to 120 in the registry but to no help. This is driving my crazy and it wasnt like this before i reinstalled. Please help me

Also worth noting that it seems to change sometimes. at one point it can be super out of focus but then fix itself after abit

What is the native resolution of your monitor? If it isn't 1920x1080, make sure you set to whatever it is.

the native resolution is 1080P. It seems like if i fiddle around with other programs one program turns SUPER blurry and if i click on that program it goes back to normal again....... strange

Text in my web browser looks fine but in games it just looks like shit

Make sure the games are set to display in your screen's native resolution as well.
