144hz and 60hz dual monitor lock

So I'm a streamer and I like to have my preview open on my secondary monitor. The only thing is that it locks my 144hz monitor to 60 because of the animation playing, does anyone know any fixes? I've tried setting my monitor to 120 and that doesn't work and I've also tried to have both of the scalings be done on the gpu. Is the only way to fix this to get another 144hz monitor?

Can you connect the second monitor to integrated graphics?
