keep getting this error afetr doin all step microsoft gave me iv cheacked the fille is inside system32 and systemwow64 and i have already reinstaled windows like 16 times i am out of ideas

Is the error saying its not found?

Does it happen when you play a particular game?

What triggers it? is it at startup?
