Hello, I just assembled a PC for the first time and am new to the whole process. I have a Z370 Tiachi with a I7 8700k Intel, and 16gb of RAM configured properly in dual channel according to the UEFI readings.

I ordered a copy of Win10 w/ a key on a USB from amazon and ended up getting two of them due to a mishap.

I tried the first stick, and got an error code stating that files were missing or corrupt. I tried switching the USB around to various ports such as front, back, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, and it didn't help.

I then tried the second USB stick I got by mistake from Amazon, and this one simply just flashes a blue screen, then resets the PC.

I'm unsure of how to continue at this point. Also I have tried installing to an SSD and HHD and it didn't seem to help.

Hi, You can try using Microsoft media creation tool and saving the installation kit on a bootable USB drive. Then use the provided key from Amazon for activation.
