I have recently brought a new PC, and it keeps giving random BSODs (MemoryManagement and IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal)
It happends once every a few hours, I don't know why.
My configuration is:

  • - CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
    - Motherboard: msi b350m pro-vd plus (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B350M-PRO-VD-PLUS.html)
    - Ram: Crucial 8Gb DDR4 Module Name Crucial CT8G4DFD8213.C16FDD2
    - GPU: Gtx 1050(Gigabyte)
    - OS: Windows 10

What I have tried until now:

  • * I have increased the RAM voltage from 1.2 to 1.25 and then to 1.3, with no luck
    * updated the bios to the last version
    * AMD chipset driver updated
    * memtest64(running 30-60 minutes) and HDtune gave no errors

I have a dump file from a few days here, if ite helps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m5hvys6fxidcu1m/dump.zip?dl=0
Do you have any other ideas?

have you run MSI Live update 6 to ensure the remaining drivers are the current versions? You will find it on the Utility tab in the support area of the web site you linked above.

Both of those errors may be drivers related, I can't read the dumps but its a place to start.

I have run MSI Live update 6 now, and it found ~6 missing drivers. I have installed them, then reboot, and it crashed when loading windows, with BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO BSOD. After that I reboot again, and it entered windows.
