Running two monitors off of one port Ideapad 700-17ISK

Hi, I am trying to run 2 montors off of one HDMI display port. I have them both running using a MOVCLE Spliter but I didnt realize that would not be able to extend the displays. Would I be able to extend two displays at once using an HDMI Switcher? Or would I perhaps have to use a dual hdmi input to usb hub?

Like the Startech USB to Dual HDMI for example?

Since it already has one HDMI output on the notebook itself you can use a simple solution, like

Would I be able to take all three of those with a usb hub and still extend the displays?

None of them are designed for the extra latency of a hub. You can try it of it course.
