Better Solution Need, My Dell Monitor Show a Blue vertical line on the screen

From past few days, I am facing an issue with my DELL desktop monitor S2216H a blue vertical line appearing on my monitor for few secs or mins again it's disappearing. I asked one my friend about this he said to change the refresh rate I did it from 59p HZ to 60p HZ but still its appearing. Please give me a permanent solution for this problem. I am attaching the pics please check it. I have attached my display settings pic too.

Its been an year and three months I am using this no issues till now, other than buying new no there solution?
