No, you will be limited to 1920×1080 @ 60 Hz since your laptop doesn't have a Dual-Link DVI output. There are no adapters available which can help with that.

You cannot see 4K images without a 4K monitor. If you have a 1080p monitor you can set the software to send 4K images but they're just going to be converted down to 1080p by the monitor before they're displayed.
