What flashdrive to use to install Win10 and how to use it?

Hey, everybody

i was recently looking up some info about win10 installation with the creation tool and I found a few people complaining about specific flashdrives. I wonder if there's any that is actually completely reliable and hoped that you could recommend me the best in that case. By the way, at what point do I install the drivers for my components, gpu, etc?

Any flashdrive with size at least 8GB will do.

I've used all manner of flash drives: USB 2.0 and 3.0, and never had a failure. I always use a 16GB, because bigger is always better and size matters...
