So, i was thinking that i should buy a 2k, 144hz 1ms monitor. I live in Sweden and there is a sweet deal on such a monitor for about 485 usd (4000kr.) Then i have 515 usd left to buy a graphics card. Should a go for a 1070? A dont have the money for both a 1080 and a monitor so that's out of the question. Should i get a cheaper monitor and a 1070ti to get more frames on a 2k 60hz monitor? Please help me in my endeavours.
Thank you!

check this video out and check out the links in the description. i dont know how much the price would be for you in Sweden, but check it out.

otherwise, without knowing what the rest of your system specs are its hard to recommend the 1080 over the 1070. usually the 1070 just offers better value.

my 980ti(roughly equivalent to a 1070) performs quite well at 3440x1440@100hz.
