Pc run slow

Hello guys , I have a big problem and i hope you can help me ! So , i recently bought a cpu AMD FX 8300 , a psu Corsair vs550 and a new motherboard m5a99fx . The problem is that , when i start pc , everything it working slow , when i press f5 for refresh the pc is freezing and the process "explorer" is not responding , when i go in google and i try to write something it freeze again , but after a couple of reboots of pc everything it working as smooth as never !
