New PC Build Freezes At Startup

So I just built a new PC and I'm not sure if I messed something up or what, but I cannot get the PC to boot (it constantly freezes on the Windows 10 logo and the last few times were during "Preparing Automatic Repair")

Mobo: Aorus GA-AX370 Guaming K5
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
RAM: Team T-Force Delta RGB DDR4-2400

EDIT: when I remove one stick of RAM, the automatic repair doesn't freeze, but I get BSOD instead, and I can't do anything but shut down (all options under troubleshoot simply don't work). I just received the RAM today so I'll be a bit choked if that's the problem but I don't know what else it could be.
