Win 10 giving me an error code and I have tried everything

I had to do a clean reinstall of windows recently but when I try to go ahead with this it gets to the installation process but stops due to an error. 0x8007025D, I have searched and tried everything I had found and nothing seems to work. If it helps the HDD is a 500gb

Tried a new USB with a fresh ISO?
tried swapping the ram? Did you run memtest86 on all your ram?
tried not using a wireless mouse?
tried removing all non essential USB devices or external hdd?
tried doing a diskpart/clean before installing?
tried using right version of win 10 (Home instead of Pro)
tried a different USB slot?
Tried disconnecting any internal hdd not being used as boot drive (good idea with win 10 anyway)

the problem with that error is there is no one answer for everyone.
