Background apps appear behind microsoft edge

Whenever I click on a running tab(i.e a game) it will appear behind Microsoft edge. It doesn't happen if I open another application then open another one on it.

Let's say for example I'm playing Roblox and I need Microsoft edge to play that game. The game will load BEHIND Microsoft edge. The only way that I can avoid this is to close Edge and open the game. Google chrome doesn't do this, however.

Is there any particular reason to use Microsoft Edge? If you have the option you might just use Chrome or Firefox
