Windows 10 full installation - no update required?

Hi All,

Is there a way to get Windows 10 fully updated up until say a month or two back (or any point in time - as close as possible). Instead of downloading the 4.7Gb version (disk version) and then updating it for many Gb's to follow? I have limited internet at home and would like the latest (as up to date as possible) version, so is this possible and if so, where can I get it?
