Can't load win10, stuck in startup hdd diagnostics loop

Solution
Can you get into BIOS on startup using a Function Key or "esc"? If so, use your Win10 Recovery Disk (USB stick) or Win10 installation USB Stick to repair/recover the OS. If you can't get into BIOS, you may need to clear you cmos at the motherboard.

I managed to enter windows 10 by plugging out the SATA cable from the HDD which windows wanted to diagnostize.
(OS is on my SSD, i have 2 hdd and 1 ssd)
Now i need to know how to stop win10 from wanting to diagnostize my HDD

By the time, it turned out that one of my HDDs died completely. I removed it and i have no more problems.
It was a defective hard drive.
It's just strange why i wasnt able to skip the hdd diagnostic at bootup.
