Problems With Asus AI Suit III and Asus GPU fan

I installed a windows 10 update, now on boot up, my z370-E Ai suit III doesn't start and it says "server threw for exception" and my Asus Gtx 1080 ti - Gpufanex.exe has stopped working - even if I uninstall gpu tweaks II that gpu fan prompt still pops up on start up.

they have a beta new update due to windows security patch going on, I use it and it works perfectly
