PC Isn't booting

Hi there,
I've been helping out a buddy of mine with his PC, starting to put every component in from scratch. There're just some wires from the case itself we need to put in the Motherboard, which we have no space for and I don't understand the problem. Could anybody help out? Thanks in advance.

The motherboard is: MSI B250M-PRO-HV

The Case: Sharkoon VS4-V

What wires are you talking about??

If you dont connect the pwr from the front it wont turn on. Unless you short the pwr pins on the headers

And what CPU did you install?

Are you talking about the power connections from the case to the motherboard?

Go to page 7 and they should connect to JFP1.
