Windows 10 wont complete the install

So I recently purchased parts to finish my gaming setup and Ive been having issues with my install. Im using a USB with windows 10 (no product key) and I get all the way 60-80% into the install and my monitor randomly turns blue and prompts "No Signal" and stays like that indefinitely.

Ive installed windows 10 before and have never had the issue.
Ive been told the gpu could just be DOA but Im hesitant to send it back.

Are the extra power cables on the GPU attached firmly? it might be the resolution of screen changes at that point and GPU isn't sending a strong enough signal to keep monitor on (similar happened to me 2 years ago)

Have you tried another cable between monitor and PC? If on HDMI, swap to DP if you can

There are no extra power cables for the GPU it was one power port. Only have HDMI no DP cables.
